The MBDA Business Center of Pennsylvania, a contract from the U.S. Department of Commerce operated by The Enterprise Center (TEC), is the region’s leader in minority business development. MBC-PA has generated over $290 million contracts and financing, as well as created hundreds of jobs since 2004, when TEC was initially awarded the federal contract from the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA).
