About this Center
The Tulsa MBDA Business Center – Native American & Alaska Native Program serves MBE’s with an emphasis on the Native American community. The Center provides access to capital through its’ operator, REI Oklahoma, which packages SBA loans and maintains revolving loans fund pools for small business growth and expansion. Working with a network of strategic partners, the Center provides results oriented business development assistance to a wide variety of small business owners.

James Ray
Project Director
A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Ray is also a Certified Business Retention & Expansion Consultant and a graduate of the Oklahoma Community Institute, Citizens Academy.
His work experience includes various service manager positions and he also has experience as a small business owner which will lend itself well to his position as Project Director of the Tulsa MBDA Business Center.
