Brief description of call: Ambassador Kubiske will commence the conference by briefly discussing the energy and mining industries and introducing the panelists: David Arizmendi, Econ Officer (and moderator), Rossanna Lobo, Foreign Commercial Service Officer, and Frank Cappodoro, executive with Nyrstar Mining who has been working in Honduras for several years. David will discuss recent important legislation that has opened the energy and mining sectors, and some statistics. We will then open the floor to questions and discussion.
