The Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) has announced a solicitation for competitive applications from prospective candidates to operate MBDA Business Centers. The centers will have an emphasis on providing strategic business consulting services to Native American and Alaska Native business enterprises, and are being competed in the six locations.
