Join Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton is hosting an all-day “Access to Capital Fair” from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Washington Convention Center (801 Mount Vernon Place, NW, for D.C. residents and small businesses.
The Fair responds to the two issues D.C. businesses face – the inability to gain access to sufficient capital and the problems associated with access to Federal government procurement opportunities. This presents an opportunity for credit unions to reach out to small businesses that need loans. Almost 400 small business people attended last year.
