Online chat, also available 24/7. Just look for the blue box on the lower right hand corner on most web pages. You’ll be connected to a customer service representative who can answer your questions in an online conversation
Stay tuned . . . in the upcoming months, a call number specifically for business owners will be added to the site

When open enrollment starts on October 1, 2013, you’ll be able to use HealthCare.gov to apply, compare plans, and enroll. (Your state may be running the Marketplace where you live. If it does, you'll use your state website, to apply for coverage. Find out the status in your state.)

Coverage starts as soon as January 1, 2014. Open enrollment ends March 31, 2014.
