The Census Bureau is planning to award a contract to design, plan, produce, and implement an integrated communications program for the 2020 Census. The contractor will be responsible for providing services in multiple communications areas to support building awareness and promoting self-response for the 2020 Census.
The solicitation process is anticipated to begin in mid-December. It is the Census Bureau's intent to use full and open competition for this procurement. The agency will post the draft Request for Proposal (RFP) and the final RFP on the FedBizOpps website and the Business Opportunities website according to this schedule. However, please note that the dates are subject to change and to availability of funds.
