MBDA at Hannover Messe 2016

The Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA), along with other federal agencies, state economic development organizations and universities, will join top business leaders from around the world for Hannover Messe.  MBDA assembled a group of minority business owners and stakeholders to demonstrate not only the value of MBE products and services, but also opportunities to advance transatlantic trade and access to U.S. markets through collaboration with minority businesses.

“We are honored to have our minority entrepreneurs join us on this historic trip,” said MBDA National Director Alejandra Y. Castillo. “This is a significant opportunity for our MBEs to build global partnerships and forge connections to access an even larger audience for their businesses.”

MBDA will lead a U.S.-German policy roundtable, Changing Demographics:  Fostering Inclusive Entrepreneurship. With the ethnic, gender, and generational make-up of a many countries around the world changing rapidly, this timely conversation will focus on policies, programs and best practices to confront economic inequalities in immigrant, refugee and migrant populations through entrepreneurship.
