Program Director | Daliza Nova
Daliza Nova is a Relationship Management professional with over 12 years of experience in the banking industry. With time spent at TD Bank, Wells Fargo Private Bank, and most recently at HarborOne Bank Commercial where she played an instrumental role in the bank’s expansion into the Boston Market. She brings expertise in lending, market strategy and engagement. As a mother of 2, who completed her in person MBA at Hult International Business School in Cambridge, MA, while rehabbing her home in Dorchester and working full time, she also added multitasking to that list. A Dominican immigrant who came to the US when she was 6 years old and the daughter of a small business owner, Daliza has a personal interest in the success of business enterprises, particularly those in the Minority Business Enterprise space and her career has revolved around helping businesses and individuals with their financial security. She brings her experience and mission driven passion of helping others succeed to the center.

Program Manager | Christine Reed
Christine Reed is originally from Northeastern Pennsylvania. She has a Masters of Art in Advertising and Public Relations from Richmond, the American International University in London. Christine moved to the Boston area in Spring 2019 and has over ten years in customer support working with companies like Starbucks, Clover Food Lab, and Dunkin Donuts.

MA MBDA Covid-19 Project Leader | Harold Blackwell
Harold is a multibillion-dollar account manager, national senior fellow, award-winning entrepreneur, and owner of a strategic financial consulting company specializing in landing $100,000+ funding for minority-owned businesses.Working for General Electric, UBS, and other major corporations, Harold advanced his career from an operational service representative to a client relationship manager. His corporate career culminated in seven years with the Royal Bank of Scotland in Stamford, Connecticut, managing the relationships of 20 multibillion-dollar institutions. Harold’s other experiences include Chestnut Street Consulting (Founder), 3DX Industries Inc., BlueCreek Advisors, and Council Exchange Board of Trade.
