The Access to Capital Award is presented to Erin Andrew, Managing Director of Live Oak Bank in Wilmington, NC. Ms. Andrew is a results-driven management, finance, project management, and implementation expert who enjoys identifying solutions to public policy and process management challenges. Prior to starting her career with Live Oak Bank, Erin wore many hats at the U.S. Small Business Administration. Most recently, she was the Associate Administrator for the Office of Capital Access. In this role, she served as a senior executive employee in charge of $100 billion in government loan programs for small businesses. She managed seven senior executive service full time employees with a total staff of over 500 in charge of SBA’s lending functions with over 400 lender relationships.
